Photoelectric yarn sensor is a high-precision, non-contact photoelectric weft sensor, which is suitable for winding, twisting, doubling and synthetic fiber deformation and other textile processes. The photoelectric yarn sensor is a kind of wire breaking sensor which is easy to use and install. It can detect the operation of various types of spinning on the spinning machine (linear operation, reciprocating operation and annular operation). In case of spinning stagnation or yarn breakage, the photoelectric type can timely notify the automatic control system of the spinning machine. According to the actual situation (determined by the model of the spinning machine). It is suitable for winding, twisting, doubling, synthetic fiber deformation and other textile processes.
